Lifesaving World Championships

20 AUGUST – 8 SEPTEMBER 2024 // The Lifesaving World Championships is a biennial event showcasing the excellence in lifesaving sport and rescue through different competition events on the beach, in the ocean and in the pool. It attracts the World’s most talented and skilled lifesaving athletes, competing for the title of the World’s best. This global competition typically attracts around 5,000 competitors, 1,000 team officials and coaches, and more than 300 technical officials, and occurs across 17-18 days.
